I have outlander 2005 2.0 turbo with whiny transfer case. Can someone share me their knowledge and let me know if t-case from other outlander variants (2.0, 2.4. manual or auto) is same as on turbo? i.e. can I swap t-case from atmo 2.0 to my outlander. My concern is that there could be difference in transfer ratio of the case itself. Manual 2.4 and 2.0 have different gearbox from 2.0t as I know. @W@sio Do you know if transfer case ratios are same? If you need anything, write me, maybe they will be in better condition. ryuzaki - 01-01-2023, 10:52 Ok, here is an update on this situation, I have finally took the t-case off, pinion gear is damaged a lot, ring gear is damaged but much less. Big concern that I have is that my t-case has ring and pinion gears with 53/16 teeth. I think that this is NOT original t-case for outlander turbo, I think that someone before me has put a t-case from regular atmo outlander.
