Czy sonda lambda rozpoznaje w ogóle kaloryczność? Lambda moim zdaniem koryguje sprzężeniem zwrotnym skład mieszanki. Dodatkowo gaz ma wyższa liczbę oktanową więc żadne czujniki spalania detonacyjnego nawet nie zadziałają. | 	  
 
 
Lamba wykrywa ilość tlenu. Mniejsza kaloryczność -> więcej tlenu w spalinach -> zwiększenie dawki przez elektronikę. No i na odwrót.

O ile mi wiadomo chodzi o ekologię a nie o temperaturę która się zwiększa (w niektórych silnikach spaliny które wracają do silnika są chłodzone przez specjalnie zaprojektowany powrót np. przez głowicę tak jest chyba w 1,3 MultiJecie). | 	  
 
Zbyt wysoka temperatura spalania - rośnie ilość tlenków azotu, EGR wraca spaliny obniżając tę temperaturę. Jedyny czujnik jaki steruje EGRem to czujnik temperatury nic nie mierzy tlenków azotu... Przynajmniej tak było u Opla. Nie wiem jak rozwiązali to Japończycy.

  Ale wątek odżył    Tak więc mam rozumieć, że silniki w miśkach w krajach na wschód od Odry mają twardsze głowice? Dlatego z tego powodu oraz słabej mieszanki gazu nie można instalować LPI? Kurcze, to znaczy, że jakbym kupił w Germanii w ASO MMC samochód z LPI i jeździł u nas to maszyna by mi padła będąc na gwarancji - no tak, chyba że w gwarancji jest napisane: nie tankować w Polsce! Jelsi by tak było - to trochę nie fair. Może jeszcze coś innego mamy innego niż ci na zachodzie w swoich maszynach... tylko ciekawe co.
 
 
Panowie, mi nie chodzi o to czy u Nas w ASO umieją serwisować LPI czy też nie - ale o ich informacje na początku posta - te zaznaczone na czerwono. Nie jeździ na gazie a u innych jeździ bo maja inne silniki. To mam inny silnik? O co chodzi z tą informacją?

Z tego co zrozumiałem tam można zamówić z głowicą pod LPG. Jak stwierdził Tomek u nas też.

  Z tymi proporcjami to pobożne życzenia (w naszym kraju), grunt to nie mieć w zimie zbyt dużej zawartości butanu (o co teoretycznie łatwo bo jest tańszy). Latem to nie ma znaczenia bo na każdym pojedziesz. Przymusowy postój nie przydarzył mi się nigdy mimo ponad 30 stopniowych mrozów, więc może nie jest u nas tak źle?

  Krzychu to rozumiem, można zamówić głowice pod LPG - ale nie rozumiem dlaczego pytając o taką możliwość MMC Polska otrzymuję taką informację:

  Instalacja LPI to pewnie z 7-8kpln kosztuje, ale jazda może być interesująca. Tylko kiedy to się zwróci...

  Jak by napisali "nie ma problemu" potem zamontował byś gaz za 2000zł u gazownika za rogu wypaliło by gniazda zaworowy. Pojechał byś do ASO oni odmówili by naprawy gwarancyjnej i wtedy poszedł byś do sądu z tym mailem może by Ci się udało wygrać... Tak jak to widzę. Po prostu takie przyjmują stanowisko. Ale ja się nie znam.

  Nie mylisz się, ale z tego co wiem to po prostu chodzi o precyzję a to przeliczanie, czasy otwarcia i wyprzedzenie już ustawia człowiek. Do tego reżim technologiczny wtryskiwaczy gazu (to żeby wszystkie zamontowane w danym silniku działały tak samo) też nie jest tak dobry jak w fabrycznych wtryskach benzynowych. Do tego precyzja zainstalowanie instalacji itd itp.

tojaro, głowica do Lancera kosztuje 9700PLN, zawory średnio po 200PLN sztuka + uszczelki daje całkiem niezłą sumę. Jak zareagowałbyś jakbyś dostał z MMC odpowiedź że jak wydasz około 13000PLN to możesz bez odaw latać na LPG? Tyl musiałbyś wydać chcąc jeździć na LPG bez obaw o uszkodzenie głowicy. Jest możliwość? Jest.
 
 
Panowie, są samochody dla których nie pomoże nawet najlepsza instalacja X generacji albo inne cuda - prędzej czy później dojdzie do wypalenia zaworów. Jak już wczesniej gdzieś pisałem, rozmawiałem na ten temat z ludźmi z Prinsa i Vialle. Te firmy mają nawet listy problematycznych samochodów ze względu na przyspieszone zużycie gniazd i zaworów i do tej grupy zaliczany jest Lancer bez opcji gazowej.
 
Dla zainteresowanych mogę wysłać listę aut które Prins uważa za "problematyczne"

Based on practical experiences, Prins has compiled a list of vehicles in which problems with valves/valve seats (excessive wear) may occur at a a low mileage (<100,000 km). This list is updated regularly. To keep this list up-to-date, Prins is asking their clients to report any valve/valve seat problems (service@prins.eu).
 
 
A base d’expériences sur le marché, Prins a établi une liste des véhicules susceptibles d’avoir des problemes avec les soupapes/sieges de soupape a un kilométrage réduit (<100.00 km) (usure excessive). Cette liste est mise a jour régulierement. Afin de tenir cette liste a jour, Prins demande ses clients de bien vouloir signaler des problemes de soupapes/sieges de soupape (service@prins.eu).
 
 
Op basis van ervaringen uit de markt heeft Prins een lijst samengesteld waarin voertuigen staan vermeld die bij een geringe kilometerstand (<100.000 km) problemen met kleppen/klepzittingen kunnen krijgen (overmatige slijtage). Deze lijst wordt regelmatig bijgewerkt. Om deze lijst up-to-date te houden vraagt Prins zijn klanten om klep/klepzitting problemen te melden (service@prins.eu).
 
 
Auf der Grundlage von Erfahrungen aus dem Markt hat Prins eine Liste mit Fahrzeugen zusammengestellt, die bei einer geringen Kilometerzahl (< 100.000 km) Probleme mit den Ventilen/Ventilsitzen bekommen können (übermäßiger Verschleiß). Diese Liste wird regelmäßig aktualisiert. Damit diese Liste ständig aktuell ist, bittet Prins ihre Kunden, Ventil/Ventilsitz-Probleme zu melden (service@prins.eu).
